Didsbury Magazine Shoot
Gideon shoots the fashion front cover and inset editorial spread for this month’s edition of the Didsbury Magazine. House of Frazer partnered the creative team to provide the garments and local people from the Didsbury area modelled the garments showing how ready to wear this seasons 1940's & fabulous look is.

The I Feel Photography Exhibition
Gideon attended the private viewing of the exhibition in London and enjoyed the chance to see his work on canvas alongside the other work of the other two photographers.
The I Feel Exhibition.
This exhibition is a celebration of emerging talent from the UK’s fashion and media industries.
Art director Bukola Dagiloke, teams up with photographers Jason Grant, Sara Shamsavari and Gideon Thomas, to take the viewer on an interactive journey into the experiences, emotions and accomplishments of the models at the heart of the project.
Open to public: Tuesday 17 February – Friday 27 February, 10.00am – 6.00pm

London Fashion Week 2009
London Fashion Week 2009: is a biannual trade show, where each season designers unveil their collections to a professional audience of press and buyers who visit the capital from the UK and across the globe....Gideon attended London Fashion Week, where he was invited to see the evening catwalk show of designer Jenny Packham.

Fashion News: Manchester Cathedral Exclusive
Manchester Cathedral's first ever editorial fashion shoot... Gideon photographed at this exclusive location as part of a future exhibition series Gideon is creating. The Cathedral is one of the oldest buildings in Manchester and a part of this cities identity, which makes for a beautiful canvas.
Gideon was excited to work with model Tas Malik from Boss Model Management, who is currently featured throughout Winter 'O8 ASIANA Magazine.

Worklife Magazine Shoot
Gideon completes a editorial fashion shoot for the launch of the new WorkLife magazine publication. The magazine will run 10,000 copies and be distributed amongst selected high end clients in the region. He was pleased to be approached by magazine creative editor Sarah Walker to work on this assignment with clothes designed by Hasan Hejazi, and models provided by Boss Model Management.
Gideon said of the experience, " I am really pleased at the quality of the talent that we have here... and I am looking forward to seeing the publication of the first issue."

Fashion News
Gideon receives news from the Creative Director of the "I Feel Experience" Bukola Dagiloke that the work that he shot this spring for the project will be shown in a gallery exhibition in London this February '09.
Gideon was one of the 3 photographers selected for this project, alongside the 2 London based photographers: Jason P Grant, and Sara Shamasavari. All 3 of these photographers expressed their creative photographic style under the umbrella of Bukola's concept direction, which was characteristically trademarked by chic couture modeled by urban talent in urban locations.
